Paul Rogers

Project Manager

Paul Rogers, from Palatine, IL, has recently reached his 18-month milestone as a Project Manager with Nexus. Paul takes great pride in leading multiple internal departments through every stage of various projects, from process improvements to facility enhancements, and of course, the development of our Nexus products. To name only a couple of his responsibilities, he oversees timelines, identifies potential risks, and provides support as needed to ensure we achieve our company goals.

Paul's enthusiasm for his role stems from the strong relationships he's built with his team members throughout each project. Having earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Monmouth College in 2007, and then his PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate in 2021, Paul's expertise in the field is a valuable asset to our team. Before joining Nexus, Paul accumulated years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, serving in roles such as Quality Control, Stability Coordinator, Tech Transfer, and Project Management.

Outside the workplace, Paul spends time with his lovely wife and children, Vito and Giulia. He and his family enjoy traveling to new places, attending local festivals, and trying different restaurants. You also may find him working on home improvements or watching sports like football, baseball, and Formula 1 racing.

Aside from the camaraderie and encouragement within Nexus, Paul loves the shared vision of making a difference in people's lives by bringing our products to those who need them most. Each team member’s diverse perspective is utilized to collaborate on building solutions and focusing on our company's goal of helping those in need.
